Made from ceramic, hand-scored and thrown on the potter's wheel by Umbrian artisans, this set of charger plates is the result of a slow, controlled process, in which the material is shaped to create minimalist proportions and clean volumes. The balanced, seamless shape is designed to complement the rest of the table, providing a solid, neutral base on which to build the composition. The underglaze decoration, applied by brush before firing, merges with the surface to create a compact, uniform finish that is soft in both appearance and touch.
